Feature: Add README.md for H2 driver(driver-h2). Issue #342

Purpose of the change

Adding the README file for documenting the example commands and sample outputs for reference.

What the code does

The README file includes the example commands and sample outputs for performance benchmarking of H2 database using SBK.
