Pure Gaussians using Numerical Derivatives #2

Even when just using a pure gaussian distribution, CosmoSIS does not always match. Need to run a CosmoSIS MCMC that returns the required values before working on this code to match.

Now, the MCMC is working but the gaussians still do not match well ie. x

Now, what I need to do is get this working by adjusting the step sizes
