use HI J2000 wcs as base frame for all images #58

following #15, I have used the HI image (set to J2000) as the base wcs on which all of the images & contours are plotted, this bypasses the need to regrid anything as it is just a reprojection (I think) on the fly.

Merged into the noregrid branch so we can all test it. Big merge to master after testing will probably happen in two weeks when I'm back from vacation.
