SpotMenu only appears on one desktop's menu bar #125

Description

When using multiple desktops, SpotMenu only appears in the menu bar of one of them (instead of all of them).

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create an additional desktop (for example, using Mission Control shortcuts)
  2. Install/run SpotMenu
  3. See SpotMenu in the menu bar as expected.
  4. Switch to another desktop and see that SpotMenu isn't present on that desktop's menu bar.

Expected behavior: SpotMenu should appear on all desktop's menu bars

Actual behavior: [What actually happens] SpotMenu only appears in the menu bar for the desktop which was active when SpotMenu was loaded.

Reproduces how often: [What percentage of the time does it reproduce?] So far, every time.

Versions

SpotMenu version: 1.8.0 MacOS version: 10.12.6 (16G1114)

Ok, now SpotMenu's showing up on all desktops. I'll see if I can reproduce. Perhaps this is only an issue on first install?

Nope, 10m later the problem is back again. Will continue to observe and report back.
