Feature Request: Allow different file paths #8

I would like to be able to change the paths for the config file and output file, so that I can then use the output file in NetworkManager instead of running riseup through the program. I'm running a Fedora Atomic Desktop, so my /etc/ and /opt/ directories are read-only.
