The merchant calc API has wrong entity names for gift certs and coupons #35

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make a request set to accept merchant calculations for gift certs
2. On the web service callback, accept the gift cert
3. Accept will fail, saying the message content is incorrect.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
XML output: <gift-result>
Expected output: <gift-certificate-result>

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PHP sample code 1.2.5c (though the folder says 1.2.5b)

Please provide any additional information below.
The fix is trivially done in merchantcalculations.php, but this should be
done in the CVS.

While working on the Google Checkout module for Interspire Shopping Cart, I came
across a bug with the PHP library supplied by Google.I think with the clear
