PEOS does not build.DINTO tests seem to pass but project won't run. Docker still not being setup properly. README needs to be organised by feature name. All test instructions should give an indication of what to expect if tests succeed. See error screenshots

Hi Professor,

We have resolved the Docker issue. You can now follow the README on the master branch to build our project. I have confirmed that by following the instructions on the master branch README on a fresh Ubuntu 16.04 VM the project builds successfully.

Can you test it out and let us know if you have any feedback?
