Need to build system for haskell version to build releases. Should probably
use Cabal.

Cabal files added. Initial build working. Not sure how to package it for 
download.

Essentially done. Still need to get rest of project in shape for a release, but 
it is
now buildable. Release will a Cabal sdist build.
