Add support for ALBA BL20 LOREA and Diamond I05 #61

Implement data loaders for three two additional beamlines:

  1. ALBA BL20 Lorea .nxs and .krx files
  2. Diamond I05 .nxs files
  3. NSLS-II ID21 ESM .pxt, .txt, .ibw, and .zip files (DA30-based) Implemented in 2.10.0
