Check for filesystem errors in chkdsk before forcing a restart to fix them #13

Run a non-forced check and parse the results. Feel free to use output redirection as long as the output file is discarded.

Rewrote a snippet to do this, but currently Chkdsk does not want to run using Run/ComSpec notation. Will troubleshoot, since the issue solves both #15 and this.

Rewrote. Could not avoid output redirection, so I deleted the file after it is used. It's kind of messy, but it could be worse.
