django-forum could benefit from a sitemap #64

I wanted to have a sitemap for the forums and add it to my main sitemap
index. Here's a(n exceedingly simple) patch.

Wow, sitemap-posts.xml is probably a bad idea. The last thing you want is a 
search
engines crawler hitting this one. Especially if the forum has been running for a
while. Try this view on a forum with 100,000 posts in it and you'll know what 
I'm
talking about. ;)
