nodemcu-uploader: error: unrecognized arguments: --port #79

I get the error nodemcu-uploader: error: unrecognized arguments: --port after installing with on a Linux distro, the other commands seem to work fine. I installed with the following commands

pip install nodemcu-uploader nodemcu-uploader
