Notes are not closed when drawing lines #30

In Latam, there are a lot of notes about highways (missing or misaligned). They are created by erickdeoliveira.

However, when processing these notes that only requires to draw a line, and the note is selected as "remember", it is not closed nor uploaded when committing the changes.

I think this is #16 related... Last stable version is 0.5.0, try with https://github.com/kmpoppe/noteSolver/releases/tag/0.5.3-beta ( i have to try myself too )

For example, when aligned very long roads, the plugin stop working.
