CSS Streamline #38

Streamline the CSS so the graph would work without the dark or light CSS 
(currently it can't). Not using those stylesheets should displaythe graph black 
and white. The dark and light CSS would then specify colors. The files attached 
show how it could look like. This approach would also simplify the creation of 
themes.
