Vertical Lines : Vertical lines #48

As a visual aid, we would like the option to have vertical lines at each label 
on the x-axis.
While not useful to pie and bar charts, this would very much improve 
readability for line charts.

Consider the following ascii drawing. The dots would be the requested vertical 
line.
