There's no default commands for issuing decompilers #4

When opening dialog "Define decompilers and arguments" there's nothing in it. Default values should be provided so that user, in case need or wants to, can change to fit his/her environment. It's much easier to modify existing values than to write from scratch.

The default arguments for decompilers are that there are none.

When hovering with the mouse above the text field, possible options for arguments will be displayed in tooltip text.
