Add Transcoding option to settings #13

This is looking good. I don't have a STB with a transcoder so I can't test it, but AFAIK the transcoder is on a different port (8002 or something) than streamer (8001). Could you either update the streaming port description or add a separate option for transcoding port? I also don't like the hardcoded transcoding settings, but it's good enough to merge as a first iteration.
