Describe the bug Phone number validation expects one less digit than legitimate numbers in Lithuania

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://knack.io/profile
  2. Click on the 'phone' field
  3. It only lets you type (370) 600-1234

Expected behavior The correct format is (370) 600-12345

@zyd01 We'll take a look at this and add support for international phone numbers. We appreciate the feedback.
