currently works under android only

That's not true: I'm using it just fine on CoreELEC which is a Linux distribution. I guess it works equally good on LibreELEC or other ARM devices using widevine from ChromeOS.

True ... i used this addon too on LibreELEC and i have installed the widevine addon over Netflix .. (i dont know this is important or not .. i dont testing before without Netflix)

Install Joyn

channels run without Problems
Login with Account (without Problems)

Maybe checked this Addon then is possible to used under windows and linux if you download the widewine addon with this addon together.
