Show consumers of event types in Backstage

Implementation

• Adapt backend to send trigger and/or subscriber data
• Adapt the provider implementation in Backstage to show the fetched data
• Show subscribers of the triggers, instead of triggers themselves
• Only show subscribers, if they're annotated with the relevant Backstage labels: https://backstage.io/docs/features/kubernetes/configuration#surfacing-your-kubernetes-components-as-part-of-an-entity
