Links for uninstalling serving and eventing are nightly #5835

Expected Behavior

When we install Serving and Eventing components following Install the Knative Serving component and Install Knative Eventing sections, release links are showed.

When we want uninstall the two components, following the Uninstalling the Serving component and Uninstalling the Eventing component sections, the same release links should be specified.

Actual Behavior

In Uninstalling the Serving component and Uninstalling the Eventing component sections only nightly links are showed.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  1. Check the doc sections linked above.
