Catchy tagline for Knative Eventing #7030

Problem It would be nice if have a better tagline, that we have today

It should be a catchy tag line that explains Knative Eventing in one/two sentences, without pointing to serverless. Knative Eventing is more than just serverless

Great idea @matzew I like that you mentioned CloudEvents and eventing.

I want to remove the "processing" part but I gave some thought but couldn't find any improvements. We're not really processing events but rather delivering/routing them.

"Event Processing on Kubernetes" --> this might sound like we're doing stuff with Kubernetes events.

I would too have something about EDA although Knative Evenitng does more than that. EDA could be the catchy tag line. Thanks for that.

Sorry for nitpicking, but if we find something good, not only we would have it in the website, but also we would use it in demos/talks/docs.

The Event processing and the relation towards Kube Events seems reasonable. But not sure it will be always received by that. but we could match in CloudEvents, instead of event processing.

Regarding EDA. What do you have in mind?

EDA is good in your example. I just didn't like the "event processing". 😄

I like Event-driven application platform for Kubernetes better, as that is more crip, and not a sentence.

but I guess we can work with both: crips/short tagline. and a descriptive sentence
