Add Taylor Wagonner (LF) as a knative.dev Google Workspace SuperAdmin

In order to continue managing the billing and infra, I'd like us to add Taylor Wagonner as a SuperAdmin.

I didn't see a way to do this without creating yet another user like twagonner@knative.dev and assigning her.

Is there another way?

That is the standard approach. You'll need to create one for her. Assign her a Cloud Identity license.
