Remove namespaced broker integration test job for EKB #3758

In https://github.com/knative-sandbox/eventing-kafka-broker/pull/3004 we remove the old broker e2e tests (were migrated to the rekt based ones). As the "old" namespaced broker tests run only on the old e2e_broker directory, this makes the namespaced broker integration tests obsolete.

This is a follow up on https://github.com/knative-sandbox/eventing-kafka-broker/pull/3004#discussion_r1130756157
