Purpose

This PR adds the associated files to Knative Eventing Onboarding Research Report to address and close multiple issues related to the onboarding experience study.

Files Added

• README.md: Overview of the research and links to all sections.
• Introduction.md: Contains the executive summary and research goals.
• User-Research.md: Details about survey design, interview methodology, and usability testing.
• Recruiting-Participants.md: Covers participant recruitment strategies.
• Findings.md: Analysis of key findings and pain points.
• Future-Work.md: Recommendations and next steps for continuous improvement.

Integration with Project Board

This research is tracked using the Eventing Onboarding Research Project Board.
