Fix/update missed release parameter #261

This value exists as a "default/fallback" value and is used in the right-side nav menu and the branch shortcode:

I don't fully understand what this changes...

In the right-side panel, when I hover over "Edit this page" it looks like it is currently pointing at the release-0.21 branch.

What does this change?
