Investigate Link Checking #55

Some suggested link checkers (from other peer OSS projects):

Ideally, this is done across the whole site and also with a linter before a PR gets merged (to enable authors and prevent 404s from even happening).

My guess is that muffet uses liche (from the same author), and my concern is that liche haven't been updated for more than 6 months... (it's CI/CD flow is broken, and 2 pending fixes are getting dust...)
