Center of Rotation shift - correction of motion data for driver position offsets #8

Allow for the translation of motion data to offset for driver position, this comes into play for rotations and attempts to better simulate the motion to where the driver is sitting in the vehicle. as all cars do not have the driver in the same location this will have to be set per significant car change... a configuration preset mechanism would also be useful changeable from the bluetooth android application.
