Fixed some issues with the SO-WISE (gyre configuration) mask. Specifically, I edited the SO-WISE mask to:
Fill in an isolated region in the Falkland Islands
Fill in isolated regions in continental South America
I can confirm that this has fixed the issue for the potential temperature and salinity initial conditions. However, there still seems to be an issue with the sea ice initial conditions, which I will deal with separately. For now I'd like to incorporate this fix into the T and S initial conditions, please. : )
