Dockerfile Addition and Wiki Creation #1

Hey there! Awesome work here!

I have done a couple of things to hopefully bring the project forward. I hope to push some additional modules after I finish them up during this upcoming week. For now I have:

  1. Added a Dockerfile to the repository just in case someone wants/needs it
  2. Converted the README.md file into a full out wiki

I didn't change the primary README, just converted what was there into a wiki with some additions and cleanup. It's up to you to decide how to best integrate the wiki into what is already there. Feel free to cherry-pick the changes you like the best. There isn't a super-easy way to add a wiki to the primary repository. To the best of my understanding, use this link:

And these directions to merge the wiki into the primary CredMaster repository.
