Added a few things that I did #12

Added SHEBANQ: a previous CLARIN-NL project from 2013 that we are going to host. Added Text-Fabric: a corpus+annotations tool in use in various places Added a publication and a pointer to more publications on pure.knaw.nl

Dirk, can you review please with Hennie which other items you all want to add as team text (i.e. collectively) to the initial lists?

@dirkroorda Hennie incorporated most of this into the revised Dutch expertise section for team text. I now need to translate into English, clean-up the formatting etc.
