When the user selects too many search filters, or has a narrow browser window, the styling of the selected search filters component breaks.

Solutions:

only allow a maximum number of search filters to be displayed
when the number of search filters get too many, the styling should switch to a combination of flex-row and flex-col

This has been fixed by changing the style to grid and grid-columns.
