Remove next-ui from TAV #120

Next-UI is used to create a multi-select component in TAV, but this multi-select component is no longer used by any other components as this was built as an experiment long ago. This means that Next-UI can be removed and uninstalled from TAV.

Done! I was in a meeting with @BasLee and quickly created a few issues for him to tackle. Bas is joining the development of TAV to work on a few features. I will come back later to the projects using TAV to talk about those features.
