Give users the possibility to add/remove facets from search interface #121

Feature request from Republic. They will provide a list of facets that they want visible by default. The user should then have the possibility to add/remove facets from the search interface. For example: Republic does not want the facet Weekday to be shown my default, so the user should be able to add that facet to the search interface.
