Republic specific problems with Mirador #86

Republic is the only project in TAV where the rendering of the image in Mirador often fails. For example, when the user loads a resolution, Mirador often only renders a grey background where the image should be. Other projects don't have this issue. This means that it's probably one of two things:

  1. The rendering of the svgs onto the IIIF canvas
  2. The zooming in on the coordinates of the annotation that the user is currently viewing
