Republic: for 1783, attendancelists without overlapping attendants #7

@svandaalen : ... bij alle(?, in ieder geval een hele reeks) presentielijsten van 1783 geen attendants gevonden worden door de overlap call. Voorbeeld van zo'n annotatie: urn:republic:session-1783-05-20-ordinaris-num-1-attendance_list. Antwoord van :broccoli: : https://broccoli.tt.di.huc.knaw.nl/projects/republic/urn:republic:session-1783-05-26-ordin[…]ludeResults=anno,iiif,text&views=self&relativeTo=Origin. In de presentatielijst annotatie zie ik ook een lege attendanceSpans, dus blijkbaar geen aanwezigen gedetecteerd bij deze presentielijsten? Zal dit issue ook wel even in mijn bericht richting Republic opnemen, want dit klinkt als iets in de source data?

Researching the 1783 resolutions from caf, the resolutions from 1738-01-01 - 1738-06-30 all have empty attendance_spans, in the 2nd half of the year they are filled.

Marijn is going to work on this after the "secrete resoluties":

Marijn Koolen Ja, ga ik doen. Ik weet denk ik wel waar het aan ligt. Ik ga me eerst concentreren op de secrete resoluties, maar pak dit binnenkort weer op.
