Pre-build x86 binaries for big sur #16

Currently the binary bottles are pre-built only for catalina. We should have big sur as well.

Unfortunately, big sur is not available yet at github actions, so closing for the time being.

you can enable macOS 11 by submit form and waits some days, see https://github.com/actions/virtual-environments/blob/main/docs/macos-11-onboarding.md
