Basic working model, issue #7 #15

This basic working model does the following:

Performs time stepping routine of shallow-water equations
Outputs height array at final time to a file
Creates .png snapshot at final time
Automatic build/run with Travis CI

This basic working model does not have:

Make/CMake system
Parallelism
Animated visualization
Testing

To test compiling/running the code, you can follow the script in the .travis.yml file.
