Cleanup the repo #13

Please leave only the currently used files in the repo

I suggest you also add a gitignore for the folders that get created when running the script.

We want:

script
license
requirements.txt
input file
readme.md

This is done but before closing worth mentioning that there are XSL/XSLT files needed for the XML template used in the activity splitting functionality of the script.
