Add different options for the 'compare to' #17

At the moment, the input IATI data is compared to the original IATI datastore, but we could have other options:

  1. The original IATI datastore: http://datastore.iatistandard.org/api/1/access/activity.xml?iati-identifier=
  2. The new IATI datastore: https://test-datastore.iatistandard.org/api/activities/XI-IATI-EC_ECHO-ECHO/-AF/EDF/2015/01004/?fields=all
  3. D-portal: http://d-portal.org/q.xml?aid=
