b2Body.CreateCircleFixture() returns None #32

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Call CreateCircleFixture(...) on a b2Body instance
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Should return the newly created fixture object. Returns None.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

revision 274 of branches/box2d_2.1

Please provide any additional information below.
