Remove `release/0.3` and `release/0.5` branches? #196

I'm doing a spring clean, and these branches haven't been updated for about half a year. I suspect that basically no one is still using such an old version so it'd be nice to just drop support for them completely. @centreboard what d'ya reckon?

Sure, the release tags will still point at the commits if we want to check what was released e.g https://github.com/kneasle/wheatley/releases/tag/v0.5.3
