Improve changelog #198

Add a few missing PRs to the changelog, and also add PR numbers and first contributions. We could potentially make a CI action to enforce that every incoming PR changes CHANGE_LOG.md, but this is probably not necessary.

Hmmm this zombie build workflow is getting my goat.... I think I'll make ask the help peeps about it - they were super responsive and helpful the last time I had a query. For the time being, we can still merge code it's just slightly annoying.
