Show existing units in the sidebar and show options to build new units.
Under the 'Units' tab.

Showing units is done. Hooking up the build function still needed.

Building units is now possible (still missing: calculating the possible amount 
of units based on the available player resources and limiting the sliders to 
those amounts)
