When users aren't registered /myinfo should reveal the telegram ID and the message that he can register using /register me

When the user is registered the role of the account should also be revealed

The myinfo message should be more emotive rather than textual

The package referencing spaghetti has got me thinking .. shouldn't the emoticon definitions be in biz package ? after all that is where the user messages are formulated
