What does this PR do?

Update RecipeRepository-test.js to accommodate recent change in RecipeRepository constructor method
Minor refactoring in RecipeRepository.js and scripts.js -- mostly just moving removeDuplicates into RecipeRepository.js.

How should it be tested?

Confirm that all tests are passing.
