Getting throttling error when smpp client submit 2 segments SMS #126

Hello dear, smpp client is having no issue if throughput limitation on ksmppd user table is set to 0. If i set it to any value, e.g 100 TPS, the client always get the throttling error on the submission of the 2nd sms segments. Please support to find out any bug. Many thanks.

hi there, the throttling implementation is working for most if not all people, so you'll need to post some logs and your SQL row of this user.
