Redo http://crlt.umich.edu/user/[uid]/signups subtabs from 'current' and 'available' to 'upcoming', 'past' (or 'attended events'?), and 'printable view of attended events'.
Default to 'past' events.
Printable view of attended events exists at: https://crlt.umich.edu/account/events/attended Accessed currently from the header view of the events listing https://crlt.umich.edu/events
