Improve emails to certificate verifiers #30

The email to internal umich verifiers should have a (working) link to the node - no need to include extra details. Adjust 'token' in the crlt certificate module.

The email to external verifiers should include the comments field ('body'), term, submitter name and email).

Added 'node:body' fake token option that displays just the body and then developed a 'update profile information' section on all certificates to allow users to set first and last name profile fields from the certificate workflow. In the long term may shift to an initial login prompt to update profile fields.

The new capability is staged but not pushed to production yet since it is a major shift.
