Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Many contributors feel disconnected from the status of their pull requests (PRs) once they've been raised, leading to uncertainty and delays in the review process.

Describe the solution you'd like Implement an auto-comment feature that triggers upon the raising of a PR, providing immediate acknowledgment and possibly offering guidelines or next steps for the contributor.

Describe alternatives you've considered Manually commenting on each PR or relying solely on notifications were considered. However, these alternatives lack efficiency and consistency in providing feedback to contributors.

Additional context This feature would streamline the PR review process, providing contributors with immediate feedback and guidance, thus enhancing collaboration and reducing bottlenecks in the development workflow.
